Eric Benitez / Principal
Before founding Monocle Investments, Eric worked in real estate for over two decades at some of the largest global firms. In the Unites States, Eric represents the Benitez Family, a family office that owns and develops real estate, including residential, office and retail properties in Asia. The family also owns interests in an investment bank, a publicly-listed consumer finance company, digital media and telephony content, health care, and auto-dealerships. Eric earned his MS from Columbia University and his BA from University of California, Berkeley.
