Tyler Hansen / Associate
Tyler oversees asset management for the firm’s portfolio, including both directly owned properties and those where Monocle Group is a large and active equity partner. He specializes specifically in value-add multifamily assets, ensuring operational efficiency, strategic leasing, and the execution of capital improvement projects.
In addition to monitoring day-to-day property operations, Tyler collaborates with lenders, brokers, and consultants to enhance portfolio performance. He plays a key role in sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions, leveraging his analytical expertise to identify and evaluate investment opportunities. Additionally, he assists with the preparation of investment decks and financial summaries to support capital raising efforts and assess potential acquisitions along with keeping investors up to date on various projects.
Tyler joined Monocle Group in 2022 and holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
